Portraits

At DNC Studios, your family portrait session should be a fun and relaxed experience.  Dale Chalk is a qualified member of the Master Photographers Association, so you can be sure of many lovely images.  Your studio session lasts generally between 30-60 minutes, during that time we will capture a wide variety of group and individual images so that you have a good range to choose from.  Our session fee is £50 which includes an 8x6" print (or £35 towards your order).

We can also provide 'on location' portrait photography (subject to location and weather or course).  If you want to capture your little ones in natural surroundings, we can work with you to create many fun and informal pictures (often in the least obvious places).

Once your portrait session is concluded, we will arrange a time for your return to the studio to see the results!  This is usually early the following week (we don't want to keep you waiting).  Here you will see all your images, some as black and white and some with various effects on to give you something different to consider.  Then it's the tough part…choosing which ones to rule out!

Once you have selected your images, you can have mounted prints starting at £30 for a 7x5 or choose from our large range of print sizes, canvas wraps, acrylic mounts to show your family masterpieces off to their best!
